As your Health Coach, I will help you create a healthier life by determining what approach to food and lifestyle best serves YOU as an individual.

Don’t worry, it’s not about living on tofu or giving up the things you love; it’s about learning how to navigate food and lifestyle in the 21st century.   We will implement gradual and sustainable modifications based on your disposition and determine what approach will be most easily inserted and maintained in the current pace of your life. The goal is to develop a healthy, balanced and workable approach that will enable you to move forward independently; permanently empowered to continue on a path to enduring health.

Trained by Deepak Chopra in Mindfulness and as a Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, I will help you take your life to a deeper level and learn to really listen to the inner voice that is there to guide you.

Each day we create our life, like an artist holding a palette.  We create our existence with each decision we make; with each path we choose to explore or not explore.  We need to learn to live our lives each day and respect the power that we have to create our health; to create our world.
